Midget AA Wins Ottawa Fall Classic
Submitted By Carrie Reynolds on Monday, November 7, 2016
Congratulations to the Ajax Knights Midget AA team on winning the Ottawa Fall Classic this weekend going undefeated in 7 games.  In the round robin games they tied both Streetsville and Greater Toronto Capitals 1-1.  The Knights then beat Vaughan Panthers ...3-2...and Toronto Wild....8-0 to make it to the quarterfinals where they defeated the Mississauga Braves 3-0.

They once again met Streetsville in the semi's and won 3-1.   It was off to the finals where they met the Orangeville Flyers who had beat the Knights in the semi-finals in our Break the Ice tournament. This was sweet revenge for the players to overcome Orangeville 3-0 to win the Championship.

The tournament was comprised of 16 Midget teams from all over Ontario and this was the first win for an Ajax team from any division since the start of the tournament in 2006.

The coaching staff thanks the boys for their hard work and dedication to work together.

Congratulations to the coaches, players and parents.

GO KNIGHTS GO!!!!!
