Thank you for your interest in coaching this upcoming season. A current Police Check is required for ALL coaches, trainers and managers and must be submitted every year. A copy of police checks or receipts must be submitted to the AMHA hockey office by November 15th. If you require a police check, please visit www.minorhockeyforms.com to request same. Coaches will be notified before October 15. Please check the updated Team Official Qualifications for the 2020-2021 season. All Team Officials will be required to complete the Planning a Safe Return to Hockey course mandated by the governing bodies before participating in on ice activities.
