Midget Rostered Select Program Change

In an effort to provide more opportunities for all our midget house league players to play in the Rostered Select program this year we will be fielding two Midget Rostered Select teams this year by combining the Midget Jr. and Midget Sr. programs.
We will have two teams comprised of 1997 and 1998 birth years coached by George Komisar and Stephen Ashley.
"By merging the programs and providing more opportunities for Senior Midget players to play in the select program it enriches our house league program and keeps the older players more engaged in hockey for another year' stated AMHA President Todd Smith. "This will also keep our Midget house league program strong which is vital for the health of the association', added Smith.
"The teams will be equally balanced and the coaches will conduct the tryouts accordingly to ensure we have two very competitive Rostered Select teams', said Jana Komisar, OMHA Director
The tryouts for Midget Jr. and Midget Sr. will be combined and the tryout schedule will be updated
