Returning Players - All players will be required to create a new account online through the new Hockey Canada Registration System (HCR 3.0).  The username and password previously used in the HCR system is no longer valid.  The User Guide below will assist you in creating your new HCR account and registering for the upcoming season.

New Players to AMHA – Please click here to contact the Registrar after completing the Parent Respect in Sport Training and when you have an HCR#.   All new registrants must provide proof of player(s) age (birth certificate/passport).  Please also attach a copy of the driver's license to confirm proof of residence.  If you have any questions, please review the HCR User Guide.

Respect in Sport – at least one parent from each family must complete the Parent Respect in Sport online course.  Please note any player whose parent does not complete the course will not be rostered to a team.  For more information and to complete the course Click Here.

Players Moving to Ajax - Players who have moved to Ajax in the off season or will be moving to Ajax must have a transfer initiated before they can be accepted to play.  To initiate the transfer, please contact the OMHA Director.  This should be done as soon as possible.  Transfers can take up to 8 weeks to be approved.

– Registration fees can be made online through the HCR system using a credit card only (Visa or Mastercard).  Cash and/or personal cheques will NOT be accepted.

Financial Assistance - If you require financial assistance for your child to play hockey there are several local agencies that are available to help:

Player/Coach Requests - Please be advised that we are unable to accommodate any player requests.   We will only accommodate Coach and Trainer requests.  In this regard, please email Todd Lawson to request same.  We are unable accommodate anymore than a Coach/Trainer request We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Appropriate Division  - Players must register in their age appropriate divisions.  No player will be allowed to register in a division above or below their appropriate division unless special circumstances exist and the approval of the AMHA Board of Directors has been granted.  For more information, please contact the Registrar.

House League Goalie Discount - Full-time HL goalies (U11 and higher) will receive a 50% discount towards their registration fees.  Refunds will be issued December 1, 2021.

Tryouts - All players planning to attend tryouts must be registered online through the new HCR 3.0 website.  This year you will also be required to pay for the tryout fee online.  If you feel that your player has a very good chance of making AAA, please do not register with the AMHA for tryouts.
